RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or would like to make an exchange, please contact Sallie at info@kaleidoscopeartistry.com for return authorization, within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. As kaleidoscopes are fragile, please pack safely. Please use the packing materials the scopes were shipped in, unless damaged. Packing a kaleidoscope requires 2 inches or more of dense soft packing material, as you received it. If a return scope is not packed sufficiently, we will not assume responsibility.
